BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of Directors of the company is composed of five members. The members of the Board are elected during the Annual General Meeting. The BOD is responsible for the management of the business.

The Founder

Mr. Andreas Panayides (1945 – 1992). In 1969 he co-founded Charilaos Apostolides Ltd (International building and civil engineering firm) and Chapo Holdings Ltd to which he remained the Managing Director and Main Shareholder until 1987. He Founded A. Panayides Contracting Public in 1988.

The President

Since 1988, APC has offered construction services with a continuous aim: an emphasis on high standards of quality, integrity, project control and long lasting customer relations.

APC serves clients and their professional consultants with a commitment to team work.

We combine our expertise with the newest technologies to meet our client’s needs. 

Throughout the years we have progressed to become one of the leading building and civil engineering contractors, real estate developments and quarry firms in Cyprus. 

In recent years we have expanded our business horizons even further. The group is present in Greece through APC(Hellas) SA and in Romania through Osorio Holdings Ltd. We have also diversified our activities into ready mix units, quarries and asphalt production through Pharmakas Quarries Ltd.
