  • Louis Hotels – Blue Village Althea.
  • Louis Hotel – Hilton Park.
  • Lordos Hotels – Golden Coast.
  • Head Offices of Cyprus Journalists’ Association.
  • Elma Financial Services – Era House Commercial Centre.
  • Frou Frou – Offices and distribution centre.

Also the Company has under construction various real estate and land development projects both in Cyprus and in Greece.
